As the county moves to Reopening Phase 2, we are excited to announce that St. Michael the Archangel will reopen to allow for public Masses. As communicated in Msgr. Tolentino's letter last week, there will be changes to the celebration of Masses to help keep our parishioners safe and healthy.
We have determined that our church can accommodate 100 parishioners for each Mass. Due to these constraints, parishioners who want to attend Mass in person will need to sign up. We are still researching online sign ups.
For this Sunday only, please call the Rectory Office at (301) 589-1155. Please call before Friday, June 19th at 3PM to reserve a spot for Mass.
On Sunday, the Ministers of Hospitality will have a list of those who signed up. Only those who have reserved a spot will be accommodated.
Face masks are mandatory and are required to stay on for the entire duration of Mass. Those who arrive at church without a mask will not be able to enter.
Please bring hand sanitizer to minimize the spread of germs during Mass.
Please follow the social distancing guidelines. We have marked the church to help you easily maintain the required distance between parishioners.
NEW MASS SCHEDULE
As we begin to welcome parishioners back into church for public Masses, we want to make sure that our approach is done with great care. We are limiting the number of Masses and will add Masses as the need arises, including Saturday Masses.
